I am Dr. Nikhila Nagavelli, a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician with over a decade of experience in high-acuity inpatient settings. I have dedicated my career to providing high-quality, multidisciplinary care to patients in need.
I have observed that many of my patients experience frustration and feel at loss due to inadequate coordination and care in the outpatient setting. This has resulted in frequent emergency room visits and hospitalizations. The lack of experienced internists in the outpatient setting has created chaos and negatively impacted patient outcomes. In some cases, this has led to death and serious critical complications.
To address this issue and prevent others from suffering similar devastating losses due to limited access to experienced physicians, My colleague and I created your second opinion service. We are passionate about empowering patients to take control of their health and well-being. We advocate for patients who seek clarity in their healthcare treatment options.

Hi, I’m Dr. Aanchal Chandra, a practicing dentist with over 12 years of clinical experience. After building and running a successful brick-and-mortar dental practice, I made the decision to sell it so I could create more balance in my life, more time for my family, and more space to focus on what truly matters: helping people make informed decisions about their health.
Throughout my career, I’ve always believed in conservative and preventive dentistry. I’m not an advocate for removing tooth structure unless it’s absolutely necessary. I’ve seen firsthand how the right diagnosis, a conservative approach, and good communication can completely change a patient’s outcome and their trust in dentistry.
This platform was born from that philosophy. My colleague and I created it to empower patients and to help them understand their treatment options, ask the right questions, and feel confident before moving forward with care. Too often, people don’t even know what to ask or how to interpret a treatment plan. We wanted to change that.
